Bioimpedance Analysis (BIA) is a method of assessing your the measurement of body fat in relation to lean
body mass. We use the results to assess the health of your body and your nutrition levels.
BIA also provides a measurement of fluid and body mass.

For the most accurate B.I.A. results, the following guidelines should be followed:
Do not eat for 4 hours prior to testing
Do not exercise for 12 hours prior to testing
Do not consume alcohol for 24 hours prior to testing
Drink at least 1 quart of water one hour before your test
Do not drink caffeine the day of your test
Do not wear panty hose
Do not put lotion on your hands and feet
